Preparing papers

We recommend that authors use the EPJ Web of Conferences Microsoft Word or LaTeX2e guidelines and templates to prepare their documents (see below).

If the conference organizers chose to provide print-ready PDF documents to the publisher, authors are asked to supply PDFs for all online and print publication. Before making your PDF, please check our PDF guidelines.

Authors are asked to submit their documents directly to the conference organizers.

Templates and guidelines

• LaTeX2e guidelines
  The macropackage in LaTeX2e, designed for EPJ Web of Conferences, is available via anonymous ftp from the ftp server:
  ftp://ftp.edpsciences.org/pub/epj-conf
  
  
• Microsoft Word guidelines
  Please check with the conference organizers the final format of the proceedings. Depending of the choice of the organisers, use:

  - A4 (210 x 297 mm) paper size, two columns format
  - 170 x 250 mm paper size, one column format
