Abstract
This article presents the results of numerical calculations obtained using specialized computer software, dedicated to lighting applications. The subject of detailed research is the road roundabout area. The analysis parameters are selected photometric quantities that influence the level of driver safety. The research was focused on assessing the impact of luminaire locations on lighting conditions within the roundabout area. Both concentric and circumferential locations of luminaires within the roundabout area were considered.
