Rosario Gianluca Pizzone

Thanks a lot for your prompt publication of our School proceedings. Thanks a lot for the support throughout all the editing process and high quality of your work. Once more, after our recent great experience with EPJ WOC for the Nuclear Physics in Astrophysics, we are very happy of our choice. We hope that the lecture notes will help the formation of younger researchers as it is in the aim of our School.

Barry Gross

As a member of the technical committee for both the ILRC 27 and ILRC 28 conferences, I was asked to coordinate the publication of our proceedings in an environment that is easily searchable and professional while at the same time flexible and cost effective. After deciding on EDP Sciences for ILRC27, we were very impressed with the entire process as evidenced by picking them for ILRC28.

At our second publishing experience with the EPJ Web of Conferences team, we are equally well impressed by its efficiency, competence and speed in completing the job. Following the crystal clear on-line instructions on the preparation of the manuscripts, our TeXnical editor secured the highest technical quality of the accepted manuscripts. As editors, we strictly observed the rigorous reviewing process asked by the Journal, enforcing the manuscript acceptance based exclusively on the scientific merit. We express our deep gratitude to EDP Sciences staff for their friendliest attitude and exhausting valuable information. For our future conferences, we shall strongly consider the EPJ Web of Conferences as the primary option to publish the proceedings.

Sergey Mishakin

This year we decided to make the proceedings of the Workshop available to a wider scientific audience than in previous years. Choosing the media for publishing the papers we had two goals in mind. Firstly, we would like the papers to be in open access, and, secondly, to be indexed in major scientific databases (most notably in Scopus). Among the available choices, we opted for publication in EPJ Web of Conferences due to its international reputation and flexible policy in terms of papers format and publication pricing. The publishing procedure with EPJ was pleasant and smooth, all technical questions were solved in a fast and professional manner. Looking forwards to future collaborations with EPJ Web of Conferences.

In editing the proceedings of the Moscow ‘International Symposium on Very High Energy Interactions’ (ISVHECRI) I have been completely satisfied with my interaction with the staff of EPJ Web of Conferences. Response to questions was always rapid and helpful. Tolerance to delays in submitting the final version of the proceedings was outstanding and when finally submitted publishing was inserted into their timetable as soon as possible. I will have no hesitation in recommending using EPJ as the publishing medium to individuals or for my involvement with future conferences.

Giuseppe Mandaglio

In the last years, I contributed to organize different scientific events with the University of Messina and the Bonino-Puleio foundation and with the support of the INFN. In the most of cases, we decided to publish the proceedings in the EPJ Web of Conferences. The main reasons of this choice are: the cost of the publication is very competitive with respect the other publisher (important to justify the expense with the own administration), the quality of the services are excellent from different points of view: the publishing editor and Collaborators are kind to furnish very soon all information and to process all requests, they are able to publish the proceedings in very short time and with high quality. The journal provides also citation indexing via ISI Web of Knowledge and Scopus, very important for the visibility of the articles and the authors.
