ND 2019: International Conference on Nuclear Data for Science and Technology - proceedings from EPJ Web of Conferences

EPJ Web of Conferences is pleased to welcome to its platform the proceedings from ND 2019: International Conference on Nuclear Data for Science and Technology, at which scientists and engineers were invited “to present their achievements, share their insights and facilitate potential cooperation”.
ND 2019 is “the primary conference concerning nuclear data and its applications, both scientific and technical” and took place in Bejing, China on 19-24 May 2019. “Nuclear data is a comprehensive investigational field connecting fundamental physics and nuclear applications, which has been an essence in the development of peaceful use of nuclear.” ND 2019 was supported by the Nuclear Energy Agency of the OECD and the International Atomic Energy Agency.
Browse the proceedings published as 222 open access articles of the highest quality by EPJ Web of Conferences. The articles address many fascinating and important areas including fundamental nuclear physics, astrophysics, nuclear data measurements, nuclear power, nuclear medicine, non-proliferation, safety, education and public acceptance. In addition, on this occasion, a 2-volume book has been published; each volume consists of more than 600 pages and a package of colour photos is also included.
