We show that JIMWLK evolution equation for quadrupole, normalized trace of 4 Wilson lines, reduces to BJKP equation for the exchange of 4-Reggeized gluons in the dilute region (weak field limit). We comment on how this may be generalized to the exchange of arbitrary number of Reggeized gluons and how one may derive expressions for multi-pomeron vertices.
