Measurements are presented of the newly discovered Higgs-like boson in the WW(∗) leptonic decay channel, H → WW(∗) → lνlν using data from the ATLAS detector. These results are based on the full pp dataset provided by the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 25 fb−1 at centre-of-mass energies of √s = 7 TeV and √s = 8 TeV. Measurements of the coupling strength, spin-parity and evidence for vector boson fusion for the new boson are reported. All measurements of the spin-parity and couplings are consistent with the Higgs boson predicted by the Standard Model.
