B-Physics and Quarkonia at the CMS experiment

The most recent results on B-Physics and Quarkonia physics at the CMS experiment are presented. The focus of the talk is on the charmonia polarization, a search for new bottomonium states and the measurement of the Bs0→µ+µ− branching fraction.
