This article has been retracted because the authors have plagiarized part of a confidential report entitled “Ön Yatak Taşıyıcı Parça Üzerindeki Palelerden Tahliye Olan Havanın Yüzeye Etkisinin Araştırılması” by Bedii Ozdemir and Yasar Multu.
One of the conditions of submission of a paper for publication is that authors declare explicitly that their work is original and has not appeared in a publication elsewhere. Re-use of any data should be appropriately cited.
As the data contained in the report was confidential, the Guest Editors of the proceedings and the Publisher cannot be held responsible for this unethical situation.
