New perturbative techniques for three-body systems with contact interactions are discussed. Their application to pionless effective field theory () for nd scattering is shown, and their extension to bound states addressed. With the extension to bound states a leading-order
calculation of the triton charge radius and novel treatments of three-body forces are discussed.
