Monte Carlo generators for hadron physics: updates on PHOKHARA and EKHARA generators*
Institute of Physics, University of Silesia, PL-40007 Katowice, Poland.
Published online: 12 April 2017
A short review of current upgrades of the PHOKHARA and EKHARA generators is presented together with a report on the work in progress. The upgrades are based on a newly constructed model of the χci − γ* − γ* and χci − J/ψ* − γ* form factors. Within this model predictions were made for the electronic widths of χc1 and χc2 and, based on the event generators results, cross sections e+e− → χc1 (→ J/ψ(→ μ+μ−)γ), e+e−→ e+e−χc1 and e+e−→ e+e−χc1 (→ J/ψ(→ μ+μ−)γ).
