In this paper, we provide an exploration of the interrelated topics of chirality, vorticity, and spin polarization in relativistic heavy ion collisions. Our discussion delves into the intricate relationships among these phenomena, examining the recent measurements conducted at both RHIC and LHC.We review the challenges faced, the progress made, and the current state of understanding regarding hot QCD matter under rotation.
