A new open source CFD-scale multi-phase flow environment has been developed in the TrioCFD code using the TRUST HPC platform. Mass, momentum and energy equations can be solved for an arbitrary number of phases. This environment is scalable, can use multiple numerical schemes and resolution algorithms, and enables easy modification of the physical closures. It has been verified on adiabatic and boiling two-phase simulations.
