ATLAS Masterclasses – W and Z path physics and presentation of the Z path measurement

First, the physics behind the ATLAS W and Z path Masterclass measurements is presented. Subsequently, a more detailed accountof the ATLAS Z path Masterclass measurementis given, with emphasis on the event identification analysis performed by the students as well as the presentation and interpretation of their results.
