Abstract
The ongoing shift toward low-carbon energy production has renewed interest in advanced nuclear technologies, particularly compact reactor designs. Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) build upon the operating experience of conventional nuclear power plants while introducing a modular and integrated configuration, together with improved passive safety features.
